Tbilisi 2015: Georgia wins fourth gold in judo

Georgia is celebrating the success of a young Georgian judoka who won a gold medal today at the European Youth Olympic Festival, commonly known as Tbilisi 2015.

Onise Saneblidze (90kg) became the fourth Georgian judoka to win gold at Tbilisi 2015.

The young Georgian defeated Russia’s Aliumar Taevum in the final and was crowned youth European champion.

As of 5pm today, Georgia won nine medals. Of these, eight were won by judokas.
