Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Thursday concluded his visit to Dubai, where he participated in the World Governments Summit and engaged in meetings with government officials and management of major investment firms.
The Government Administration said Kobakhidze attended a panel session on artificial intelligence, featuring Elon Musk, the Head of the United States Department of Government Efficiency, and Omar Sultan Al Olama, the UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, earlier during the day.
In comments with the media following the Summit, Kobakhidze reflected on the importance of hisGovernment’s participation.

A meeting took place with the ruler of Dubai [Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum], who is also the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, along with the Prime Minister of Kuwait [Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah]. It is important for us to strengthen our relationships in this region and further develop our political partnership and economic ties”, Kobakhidze added.
The Prime Minister arrived in Dubai on Monday, and was accompanied by Economy Minister Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili, Minister of Justice Anri Okhanashvili, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
The central theme of the 2025 Summit, running between Tuesday and Thursday, was Shaping Future Governments, with the event hosting over 6,000 participants.
