The Lelos, hosting the match at the Avchala Rugby Stadium in the capital of Tbilisi, secured six tries compared to one by the Dutch.
Davit Niniashvili, a Georgian full-back, was named the best player of the match.
The Georgian squad, having delivered a resounding 110:0 victory against Switzerland last week on top of yesterday’s win, leads pool A of the contest.
The national team holds the record for the most Rugby Europe Championship titles, having won the tournament 16 times, with the last seven won consecutively.
