Georgian weightlifter Anastasia Gottfried on Tuesday claimed one gold and two silver medals at the European Weightlifting Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Gottfried earned the gold medal by lifting 111, 115 and 117 kg in snatch to earn the European Champion title.
She also lifted 128, 133 and 140 kg in clean and jerk, and scored a combined total of 257 kg, to earn the two silver medals.
Georgian weightlifter Lasha Talakhadze, the two-time Olympic and seven-time World and European Champion, has been named the Best Weightlifter of Europe for the third time.
