Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Tuesday featured at the ongoing United Nations Climate Change Conference in Azerbaijan’s capital city of Baku.
Kobakhidze attended the opening session of world leaders' Climate Action Summit and the opening of a high-level meeting of heads of states and governments, the Georgian Government Administration said.
His involvement comes as UN Secretary General António Guterres and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev are hosting state leaders participating in the Conference.
Within the framework of the Conference, Kobakhidze is also scheduled to deliver a speech at the Summit and at panel discussions hosted on various topics in a roundtable format.
