Georgian wheelchair fencer Irma Khetsuriani on Friday claimed a gold medal in the women’s foil category at the Wheelchair Fencing World Cup held in Pisa, Italy.

The Georgian squad, which also includes Nina Tibilashvili, Gvantsa Zadishvili, and Mariam Kldiashvili will also compete in the women's foil category at the competition.

The tournament is scheduled to end on Sunday.
