The Mayor added the facility featured two swimming pools, two basketball courts, and dedicated areas for gymnastics, boxing, wrestling, and a variety of fitness activities.

Additional amenities include a media library, a café, rest areas, saunas, and underground parking. Kaladze emphasised the centre was designed to accommodate up to 10,000 visitors each month.

The Mayor also addressed residents over the age of 60, saying they would have access to free services as part of the centre's programmes.
