Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze on Tuesday claimed the ongoing challenges in relations with the country’s international partners would be “resolved” following an end of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Speaking at the Conference of the Business Association in Tbilisi, Kobakhidze highlighted the significance of the partnership relations for the country's economic growth.

We are confident that the war in Ukraine will end next year and the relations between Georgia and our partners will improve qualitatively, which is of critical importance so that the development of the economy does not face any obstacles”, the official said.

The PM claimed the conclusion of the war would “immediately resolve some difficulties” in current relations with allies, bringing them back to a “normal framework from start to finish”.
