Black Sea Arena on Sunday hosted the British electronic music project Jungle at its venue in western Georgia’s seaside town of Shekvetili, as part of the Starring Georgia series, a programme of performance events aiming to promote the country's potential in tourism, economy and culture.

Jungle was formed by London-based musicians Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland in 2013.

The British music project, inspired by Nu Disco and Funk sounds, released its first major composition Busy Earnin' in April 2014, which immediately caught the attention of listeners and music critics. This success led to their participation in the famous five-day Glastonbury festival in England in 2015, the concert organisers said.

Starring Georgia series was launched last year and hosted Bruno Mars, Imagine Dragons, The Killers and other performers in the Georgian capital city of Tbilisi and in Shekvetili.
