Tbilisi-based Georgian Opinion Research Business International has put the approval rating of the ruling Georgian Dream party at 59.3 percent in the latest public opinion poll released on Wednesday.
GORBI published the results of a survey asking participants who they would vote for if the upcoming parliamentary elections, scheduled for October 26, were held this week.
According to these results, Georgian Dream would secure 107 seats in the Parliament, while the opposition parties combined would get 43 seats.
The poll, commissioned by Imedi TV channel, was conducted nationwide through face-to-face interviews between July 24 and August 4, with a total of 1,700 respondents, with a margin of error of three percent.
