Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze featured in the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin alongside world leaders, the Government Administration said on Tuesday.

The Administration said Kobakhidze delivered an address at a working meeting of the heads of state, chaired by Olaf Scholz, the German Chancellor and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, before the official opening of the Conference.

The PM expressed his Government’s support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and noted Georgia was “ready to make maximum contribution” to the restoration of Ukraine from the ongoing war.

The Conference, scheduled between Tuesday and Wednesday, aims to garner international support for Ukraine’s recovery, reconstruction, reforms and modernisation.
