Georgia’s tourist products were showcased at Riyadh Travel Fair 2024, an international tourism fair in Saudi Arabia’s capital city of Riyadh for the first time, the Georgian National Tourism Administration on Monday said.
At the Riyadh Travel Fair desk, the guests were able to get familiar with the Georgian cultural and tourist products and the country’s tourist potential, the state body added.
The Saudi Arabia International Tourism Exhibition opened on May 27 and included up to 20 Georgian companies together with the state agency and government organisations, 200 international companies from 23 countries and 23,000 visitors.
Tourism products of the western Georgian region of Adjara have been showcased at fairs hosted in China and Saudi Arabia, the Tourism and Resorts Department of the region said on Friday.
Georgia’s visitor attractions were showcased at ITB China, an international tourism fair in Shanghai, on Monday, the Georgian National Tourism Administration said.
The world’s largest student network UNiDAYS has named Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi as the most attractive destination for students to travel during holidays in 2024, the Economy Ministry said on Saturday.
Georgia’s tourism potential is being showcased at the Arabian Travel Market, a trade exhibition hosted in Dubai between Monday and Thursday.
