Govt’s “well-defined” EU integration plan involves fulfilment of European Commission priorities - PM candidate

Irakli Kobakhidze, the candidate for the position of the Prime Minister of Georgia, on Thursday said the Government’s “well-defined” plan for ensuring the country’s European Union integration involved fulfilment of the nine priorities set out by the European Commission in November for the purpose.

In his comments to the media, Kobakhidze said the Government was in “constant communication” with EU representatives in order to move to the next step of opening accession negotiations with the bloc, and added the Government was “doing everything” for the purpose.
