Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili highlighted Georgia’s economic and investment opportunities at the Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, hosted between Sunday and Monday in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, the Ministry said.
The body said the Minister delivered a keynote speech at the Governors’ Business Roundtable, with the focus on the significance of international projects that were implemented and planned by the Georgian Government “despite geopolitical challenges”.

In his speech Khutsishvili also underlined the contribution made by the AIIB in developing the infrastructure of its member countries and said he hoped the cooperation with the institution would continue in the “usual active manner”.
