Armenian PM arrives in Georgia on official visit

Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, on Friday arrived in Georgia on an official visit, the Georgian Ministry of Economy said.

Economy Minister Levan Davitashvili and Tornike Rijvadze, the Chairman of the regional Adjara Government, welcomed the visiting official at Batumi International Airport in the Black Sea region.

The Ministry said the delegation accompanying Pashinyan included "high-ranking" representatives of the Armenian Government.

The official is also set to hold meetings in both face-to-face and extended formats with his Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibashvili.
