Georgian and Qatari post offices have launched joint post stamps marking the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the Embassy of Georgia to Qatar said on Monday.
Produced at the initiative of the Embassy, the stamps were presented on Sunday by Ambassador Nikoloz Revazishvili and Faleh Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Post.

The officials called the stamp, which features iconic locations of buildings in the capital cities of Georgia and Qatar, “another illustration” of the two nations' “cordial” ties.

Revazishvili also extended his gratitude to the Qatari side for “close cooperation”, and emphasised the importance of efforts in the development of ties between the two countries.
