Latvian airline Air Baltic has resumed flights between Batumi International Airport in Georgia’s Black Sea region of Adjara and Riga, TAV Georgia, the company operating Tbilisi and Batumi airports in the country, announced on Wednesday.
The company operating the facilities said the company’s flight had bought 119 passengers to Batumi from Latvia's capital earlier today.
Flights operated by the airline twice a week will serve passengers throughout the summer season, the announcement also said.
The Latvian airline is currently operating five weekly scheduled flights between Tbilisi International Airport and Riga.
