The “dynamic and fruitful” relations between Georgia and South Korea and readiness to further deepen cooperation were discussed on Thursday between Georgian parliament speaker Shalva Papuashvili and Kim Jin-pyo, the speaker of South Korea’s national assembly.
The meeting focused on strengthening parliamentary ties at the level of committees, friendship groups and administrations, the parliament press office said.

The officials also discussed bilateral cooperation in various sectors, including culture, trade, direct flights, tourism, education and modern technologies.
Papuashvili extended his gratitude to his counterpart for the “firm support” of Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
