Georgian prime minister Irakli Garibashvili and members of the government's economic council on Saturday reviewed current economic trends in the country and discussed new initiatives, as well as the ongoing and planned projects, the government administration said.
At the meeting, the chairman of the government of the autonomous republic of Adjara Tornike Rizhvadze provided information about the ongoing and planned infrastructure projects in Georgia’s Black Sea city of Batumi.
Members of the council highlighted the country’s double-digit economic growth, despite the current challenging situation in the world, and said they would continue to work “actively” to maintain this trend.
