Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili has discussed her National Accord initiative to help reduce polarization in the country with Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatovic on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the sides also talked about the humanitarian situation in Georgia's Russian-occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) regions.
President Zourabichvili highlighted the importance of the European Union Monitoring Mission mandate for the occupied territories.

President Zourabichvili invited Mijatovic to an international conference for women leaders set to be held in the Georgian capital Tbilisi in May.
The Georgian president initiated the National Accord process in December, encouraging both the ruling party and opposition members in Georgia to strive to reach a consensus by listening to each other and exchanging opinions.
