Anri Okhanashvili, the Chair of the Georgian Parliament's Legal Affairs Committee from the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Monday said the ruling team was “focused on reviewing in detail each proposal” on the country’s judiciary system that was consistent with international standards.

The working group of the Georgian Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee, set up to work on judicial reform in the framework of the implementation of the European Union’s conditions for granting the country the membership candidate status, is holding another meeting today.

We are focused on discussing in detail each proposal on the judiciary, provided that there are proposals consistent with international standards”, Okhanashvili said in his remarks over the matter.
