Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili discussed planned measures against illegal street vending and other questions with cabinet members at a Government meeting on Monday.
To combat illegal street vending and advertising in all Georgian municipalities, amendments will be made to the Code of Administrative Offences of Georgia, said the Government of Georgia press office, noting that repeat offenders will face a rise in fines.
The PM and the Cabinet minister also discussed amendments to the Georgian Law on Diplomatic Service, stating that the rotation cycle in the diplomatic service will be regulated, as well as procedure and terms for sending diplomats to long-term business trips.
