Starting March 25, people over 65 years of age will be allowed to register for the Covid-19 vaccination in Georgia, announces Georgian Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze.
Until then the website booking.moh.gov.ge is open to medical workers.
Vaccination will take place only in clinics with intensive care units (ICUs) in Georgia.
Georgia received the first 43,200 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine on March 13, while the Vaccination of health workers started on March 15 throughout the country.
Georgia has reported 170 new cases of coronavirus, 396 recoveries and 10 deaths in the past 24 hours.
