Georgia reports 262 new Covid-19 cases of 11,923 tests

Georgia has reported a total of 262 new cases of coronavirus after conducting 6,328 PCR and 5,595 rapid tests over the last 24 hours.
Out of the 262 new cases 152 were reported in Tbilisi, 43 - in Imereti, 15 - in Shida Kartli, 14 - in Kakheti, 13 - in Kvemo Kartli, 11 - in Adjara, 8 - in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, 4 - in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, 1 - in Guria and Samtskhe-Javakheti each.
Meanwhile, 189 individuals have recovered from Covid-19 and none patients have died. The number of active cases of coronavirus now stands at 3,781.
Georgia has reported 422 new cases of Covid-19 after conducting 23,169 tests over the last 24 hours. Out of the new 422 cases 216 were reported in the Georgia capital of Tbilisi. Meanwhile, 158 individuals have recovered and eight patients have died.

The country has had 277,650 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 270,369 of the 277,650 patients have recovered, while 3,710 have died of the virus.
