Guram Guramishvili has been appointed deputy minister of economy, the ministry announced earlier today.
Guramishvili previously held the position of director of freight transport at Georgian Railway, where he held various positions between 1995-2021.
Guramishvili graduated from the faculty of transport at Georgian Technical University.
Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze has appointed Natia Turnava Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development. Turnava has been the Deputy Economy Minister since 2018. She will replace Giorgi Kobulia who took up the ministerial position in July 2018.
Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia has appointed Infrastructure Minister Maia Tskitishvili as his first deputy prime minister and Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani as deputy prime minister earlier today.
Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has appointed a new deputy foreign minister today. Giorgi Sharvashidze was appointed to the role and he will head the economic diplomacy department at the ministry.
