Coronavirus: Georgia reports 1,612 new cases, 419 recoveries, 28 deaths

Georgia has reported 1,612 new cases of coronavirus, 419 recoveries and 28 deaths in the past 24 hours.
15,492 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours around the country. 9,084 of the 15,492 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 6,408 were PCR tests.
Georgia has had 235,491 cases of coronavirus since February.
223, 695 of the 235,491 individuals have recovered, while 2,694 others have died.
9,076 individuals remain infected with Covid-19 as of today.

- Imereti - 257 cases
- Kvemo Kartli - 106 cases
- Shida Kartli - 107 cases
- Guria - 29 cases
- Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 145 cases
- Kakheti - 85 cases
- Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 56 cases
- Samtskhe-Javakheti - 25 cases
- Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti - 14 cases
More than 1,920,000 tests have been conducted in Georgia so far.
Georgia has reported 1,800 new cases of coronavirus, 489 recoveries and 20 deaths in the past 24 hours. 14,839 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours around the country. 8,253 of the 14,839 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 6,586 were PCR tests. Georgia has had 233,879 cases of coronavirus since February 2020. 223,276 of the 233,879 individuals have recovered, while 2,666 others have died.
23 out of 329 female inmates have tested positive for coronavirus after conducting PCR tests at No. 5 penitentiary facility in Georgia. The Special Penitentiary Service has announced earlier today that all of the infected individuals have no specific symptoms and feel well. However, they are in quarantine now.
Georgia has reported 2,316 new cases of coronavirus, 382 recoveries and 18 deaths in the past 24 hours. 6,620 individuals remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia as of today, while the figure stood at 20,393 on November 28, 2020 when the government imposed further restrictions to curb the spread of the virus until January 31, 2021. 14,511 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours around the country. 9,300 of the 14,511 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 5,211 were PCR tests.
Georgia has reported 594 new cases of coronavirus, 1,963 recoveries and 25 deaths in the past 24 hours. 3,845 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours around the country due to the weekend. 2,199 of the 3,845 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 1,646 were PCR tests. Georgia has had 229,763 cases of coronavirus since February. 222,405 of the 229,763 individuals have recovered, while 2,628 others have died.
Georgia has reported 537 new cases of coronavirus, 494 recoveries and 34 deaths in the past 24 hours. 9,085 individuals remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia as of today. 5,265 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours around the country due to the holiday. 1, 945 of the 5,265 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 3,320 were PCR tests.
