The European Union in Georgia has launched a new information campaign ‘Doing More with Less’ to raise awareness about the benefits of energy efficiency.
Over the next three weeks, the EU will share success stories about energy efficient projects in Georgia.

The EU, which has assisted Georgia’s energy sector for more than a decade, is supporting the government to raise energy efficiency initiatives throughout the country. In addition, it encourages private sector participation, which ultimately creates new jobs.
Clean energy transition will be at the center of reforms to accelerate the development of modern and reliable energy infrastructure that will decrease use of greenhouse gas emissions, they wrote.
The EU’s contributions to improving energy efficiency in Georgia include supporting businesses to introduce energy efficiency measures, and renovating 10 public schools, seven kindergartens, and four public buildings to provide a ‘greener and healthier environment’ for Georgian citizens.
