Georgia reports 504 new cases of coronavirus of 11,665 tests

Georgia has reported 504 new cases of coronavirus, 2,038 recoveries and 27 deaths in the past 24 hours.
In total, 11,665 tests have been conducted around the country of which 6,137 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 5,528 were PCR tests.
The new cases were recorded in:
- Tbilisi - 263 cases
- Adjara - 53 cases
- Imereti - 50 cases
- Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 44 cases
- Kakheti - 33 cases
- Kvemo Kartli - 20 cases
- Shida Kartli - 13 cases
- Samtskhe-Javakheti - 11 cases
- Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 7 cases
- Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti - 6 cases
- Guria - 4 cases

Currently 15,525 individuals remain infected with Covid-19, of which:
- 10,473 patients are undergoing treatment at home
- 4,395 patients - in hospitals
- 657 patients - in the clinical-hotels
In addition, 920 patients are in critical condition of which 213 are on artificial ventilation.

As of today 24,074 individuals are in self-isolation and 67 individuals are under quarantine.
Since February 26, 2020 Georgia has had 330,879 cases of coronavirus, 310,859 recoveries and 4,469 deaths.
968 people have tested positive for coronavirus over the last 24 hours in Georgia, increasing the number of total confirmed cases to 330,375. Out of the new cases 527 were reported in Tbilisi.
UNICEF Representative in Georgia Ghassan Khalil has received the coronavirus vaccine. "Vaccination is crucial in combating this pandemic which is affecting every one of us and children as well. No one is safe until everyone is safe”, he said.
Georgia has reported 1,576 new cases of Covid-19 after conducting a total of 44,278 tests over the last 24 hours. Out of the 1,576 new cases 868 were reported in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
Georgia has reported 1,390 new cases of coronavirus, 1,070 recoveries and 18 deaths in the past 24 hours. In total, 38,468 tests have been conducted around the country of which 27,651 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 10,817 were PCR tests. Since February 26, 2020 Georgia has had 327,831 cases of coronavirus, 307,334 recoveries and 4,397 deaths.
The Georgian government has decided to shorten the curfew from between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. to between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Restaurants and cafes will be able to receive consumers in their open spaces throughout the week. Earlier they were unable to receive consumers on the weekend. Georgia first imposed curfew in March 2020.
