The de facto president of Georgia’s Russian-occupied Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) region Anatoly Bibilov has plans to visit Ukraine’s Russian-occupied Donbas region this week, the de facto Tskhinvali government has reported.
Bibilov is scheduled to participate in so-called ‘Republic days’ of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (DNR and LNR) on May 11 and 12 and meet with the de facto president of the regions.
De facto Tskhinvali recognised the ‘independence’ of Donetsk and Luhansk back in 2014.
