PM Roumas said Belarus is willing to support Georgia, including in the fields of agriculture and industry.

It is important that we maintain a good dialogue at the high and the highest levels. We [also] maintain our trade turnover at a stable level,” he said, adding that Georgia’s export to Belarus is “growing at a faster pace”, however, Belarus also “has something to offer”.

Roumas expects that the trade turnover between Belarus and Georgia will reach $200 million. “We all have to work on this”, he stated.

Upon the invitation of Georgian PM Giorgi Gakharia, Sergei Roumas will visit Georgia in March.
