Villages cut off following flooding in Lentekhi, western Georgia

The villages of Choluris Temi and Lashkhetis Temi in Lentekhi municipality have been cut off following flooding western Georgian region of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti as a result of heavy rains early this morning. 

The Laskadura overflowed, taking with it automobiles and pedestrian roads. Three bridges were also damaged in the event.

Nobody has been injured so far, noted the Mayor of Lentekhi Badri Liparteliani.
