Georgia reports four new cases of coronavirus, 13th patient dies of COVID-19

Georgia has reported four new cases of the coronavirus earlier today, bringing the total number of cases to 800.
640 of the 800 patients have recovered, while 13 others have died.

The 13th individual, who was 76 years old and suffered serious, underlying health issues, died earlier today.
He was from the Mushevani village of Bolnisi municipality.

Doctors say that the most recent PCR test showed negative for the coronavirus, but that the man was in a terminal condition and they were unable to save him.

Georgia has reported 11 new cases of the coronavirus earlier today, bringing the total number of cases to 794.624 of the 574 patients have recovered, while 12 have died. As of today, 158 people remain infected with COVID-19 in Georgia. Eight of the 11 new cases belong to the so-called Saburtalo cluster in Tbilisi, while three others are from the Mareti village of Marneuli municipality. Georgia continues to reopen its economy as the country has maintained a low infection rate so far.
Georgia continues to lift coronavirus-related restrictions. Starting tomorrow construction and auto repair businesses will be able to resume operations, announced Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia today.
