Students from occupied territories given food, necessary items in Tbilisi

Students from the occupied territories of Georgia living in Tbilisi have been given food and other necessary items earlier today amid the coronavirus outbreak, the Georgian government announces.

To alleviate the effects of the Covid-19 crisis, social-economic support for citizens continues on the central as well as on the local levels,” says the government announcement  

Products were handed to students by PM’s Advisor on Human Rights Lela Akiashvili, Deputy Reconciliation Minister Lia Gigauri and CEO at Sector 3 Ketevan Chachava. Photo: Administration of Georgian Government.

Food and hygiene products will also be supplied to students from the occupied territories living in different regions of Georgia.
