The Future Agro Challenge (FAC) aims to discover innovative fundable food and agribusiness startups from different countries and launch them on new markets.
The large, egg-shaped qvevri is usually buried in the ground or set on the floor (in large cellars). It is used for fermentation, storage and ageing of wine.
