Georgia's Paragraph Hotel wins top franchise hotel 2018 in Europe

Marriott International has named Georgia’s Hotel Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, located in the Black Sea village of Shekvetili, 'The Hotel Of Year 2018' among Europe’s 300 Franchise Hotels. 

There are nearly 300 franchise hotels across Europe, and winning in this nomination indicates that the attitude of our team towards the hotel, its guests and the brands of Marriott and Autograph not only satisfies all the demands of the clientele but even exceeds the expectations due to Marriott network services and Georgian hospitality,” stated Morten Skumsrud, Vice President Operations Franchise Europe at Marriott International.

Marriott International named Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili the first amongst other European hotels of the Autograph Collection nearly a year after the launch of the hotel. 

The status was assessed according to the customer-satisfaction index, within the scope of which Paragraph maintains the leading position before the hotels, operating in London, Milano, Barcelona and other European cities.

Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili is the first hotel on the Georgian market to operate with Autograph Collection brand status of the Marriott Chain. 

There are two more hotels scheduled to be launched in Tbilisi on Freedom Square and Tabori Hill by the end of 2020, which will operate with Marriott’s Autograph Collection and Luxury Collection brand statuses. 

Yet another hotel of the brand with a spacious conference hall is to open in the district of Sololaki by 2022.
