We need to become a business, capital investment, access to finance, innovation, tourism, trade and logistics center”, said Bakhtadze at the forum.
Bakhtadze highlighted the strategic location of Georgia at the crossroad of Europe and Asia and said that Georgia is serving eight landlocked countries as a gateway for the region.

Bakhtadze said that Georgia was one of the first countries to join the ‘One Belt-One Road’ initiative and in this context he accented the importance of the so called ‘middle corridor’ project that was created by Kazakhstan, China, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia.
