Georgian Presidential couple welcomes yet another son

Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili and his wife, First Lady Maka Chichua have welcomed another baby boy into their family.
The baby boy was born earlier today and was named Toma. This was the Presidential couple's second child together.

Their first boy was named after his grandfather Teimuraz (Temiko) and was born in 2015, while they both have one daughter each from previous relationships.
President Margvelashvili and Chichua were in a relationship for at least five years before they got married in September 2014.
Children with special needs, children from socially vulnerable and internally displaced families, children from extended families, and children of fire-fighters and soldiers serving in international missions, joined today’s concert at the Presidential Palace.
"Our supreme goal is to have Georgia united with the Abkhazian and Ossetian people” Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili said while sending his wishes to everyone in his New Year message.

The fourth President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili has announced his return to politics via his official Twitter page, stating that the current Georgian Dream ruling party ‘has crossed the red line.’He did not give more details about his political plans.Margvelashvili was elected to the position in 2013. He refused to run again for the presidency in 2018 and stated that he “wanted to set a precedent of the Georgian president ending their term peacefully and democratically.”
The Lelo for Georgia political party, created last year by the co-founders of TBC Bank Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze, may cooperate with Georgia’s fourth President Giorgi Margvelashvili in the upcoming parliamentary elections in the autumn.
