In order to improve communication with customers, the National Bank of Georgia has introduced a platform called “Business intelligence”.
Business Intelligence is a technology-driven process for analysing data and presenting actionable information to help executives, managers and other corporate end-users make informed business decisions.
“Today we are presenting another interesting and innovative project of the National Bank of Georgia - Business Intelligence platform … this new platform aims to quickly and simply provide customers with statistical information by using modern technologies. This is the first precedent of establishing such a scale of a business intelligence platform”, said the head of the National Bank of Georgia Koba Gvenetadze.
