The Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) has launched a new marketing campaign titled, With a Positive Attitude to raise the quality of customer service in the country.
The idea of the campaign is to raise a kind attitude towards customers. Within the project the National Tourism Administration has created a Facebook page and made an ad video, titled With a Positive Attitude.
Within the campaign GNTA is going to make a Wall of Smiles in a crowded place in Tbilisi, which will display photos of customer service staff and people who have joined in on the Facebook campaign.

Moreover, Artificial Intelligence monitors will be installed at bus stops – depicted portraits on the monitors will look sad until smiled at, when it will smile in response.
The National Tourism Administration hosted a presentation regarding the mentioned campaign today at Art House.
The presentation was led by Giorgi Chogovadze, the head of National Tourism Administration.
Chogovadze mentioned during the presentation that one of the major problems of customer service is ill-disposed attitude between consumers and service employees.
