Digital library of Georgian tourism materials launched

The Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia with the support of the National Tourism Administration has implemented a new digital library platform – www.gnta.ge/ge/publications/
The presentation was held in Rooms hotel Tbilisi, hosted by the Head of National Tourism Department Giorgi Chigovadze earlier today.

The Digital Library will be an online, public collection of books, brochures and presentations about Georgia.
"The Digital Library of Tourism includes all materials connected to tourism section. It is a valuable platform for encouraging the cooperation between private and public sectors", stated Giorgi Chigovadze during the presentation.
Why is the Digital Library of Tourism so important?
- It gives tourism companies an opportunity to upload information, brochures, maps and other marketing materials.
- University professors and students will also have access to electronic books.
- It will enable foreigners and Georgian Diaspora in foreign countries to easily find the information about what Georgia has to offer to the tourists.
