Police detain man trying to rob Bank of Georgia branch

Georgian law enforcers have detained a man who damaged the door of one of the branches of the Bank of Georgia in Tbilisi in an attempt to steal money from a cashier booth. 
 
The detainee has not been identified. The Ministry of Internal Affairs only reported that he is 41-years-old.
 
The branch the man was trying to rob is located on Tsereteli Avenue in Tbilisi.
 
The detainee faces 3-5 years in prison.
