Georgia’s logistics performance has improved, jumping 11 places from 130th to occupy the 119th position on the World Bank’s recently released Logistics Performance Index (LPI) 2018 report.
The 2018 Logistics Performance Index scores countries on how efficiently they move goods across and within borders.
In the index Georgia takes 119 place with a score of 2.44 among 160 countries across the world.
Georgia improved its position in almost every component of the index:
Germany (score 4.20), Sweden (score 4.05), Belgium (score 4.04), Austria (score 4.03) and Japan (score 4.03) are the countries which had the best logistics performance in 2018.
