Cliff collapses near Turkey-Georgia border

A significant chunk of a cliff collapsed near the Turkey-Georgia border earlier today, witnesses told the Adjara Public Broadcaster and sent photos from the scene.
The witnesses say that rock debris collapsed near a tunnel and there is a heavy dust at the scene.
The Georgian Interior Ministry says that Turkey has taken steps to clean the area.

No information over those injured has been released so far.
Adjara Public Broadcaster says that traffic has been suspended due to the incident, which was later confirmed by Georgia’s Interior Ministry.
