Georgian President sends warm wishes to Estonia on Independence Day

Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili sent warm wishes to Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid on the Day of Restoration of Estonia’s Independence today.

Emphasising "the growing dynamics of cooperation and further advancement of bilateral ties between Georgia and the Republic of Estonia”, Margvelashvili said the two countries "are bound by a long-standing friendship and strategic partnership based on shared values, mutual trust and respect”.

I remain confident that we will continue to build even stronger relations and intensify dialogue in every format for the mutual benefit of our two nations”, President Margvelashvili said.

Extending his gratitude for her "unwavering support of Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity as well as our European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations”, Margvelashvili asked Kaljulaid to receive his "highest respects along with my best wishes for peace and prosperity to the Estonian people”.
