President will deliver his annual address in February

The President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili will deliver his annul speech in February before lawmakers, at the beginning of spring session of Parliament.

The exact date of the occasion will be announced by the Parliament Bureau.

It will be the President Margvelashvili’s third annual address since electing as the President of Georgia in October 2013.

In general, President touches on all state important issues in his annual address.

Delivering the speech by the Georgian President once a year is specified by the Georgian Constitution.

The spring session opens on February 2, 2016.
