Buying vegetables, some dairy products and eggs are more expensive in Georgia now than a month ago.
The cost of several basic foods and transport-related items rose in November, showed latest inflation data released today by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).

Meanwhile in November transport-related costs rose 1.8 percent, which resulted in a 0.22 percentage point contribution to the monthly inflation.

In general Georgia’s monthly inflation rates amounted to 0.6 percent in November, while the annual inflation rate (Consumer Price Index change) increased 0.2 percent, said the statistics agency.
