In the address Kvirikashvili said in the past four years since the Georgian Dream Government came into office, the ruling team managed to raise the opportunities open to the people of Georgia and ensure the most important values are upheld.

One of the most important things we have given our people is freedom; we’ve given them the right to breathe freely, to speak freely and to express very critical views freely,” said the PM.

Kvirikashvili also highlighted the success and importance of the General Healthcare Program and the Hepatitis C Elimination Program, which saved many lives and provided vital support for Georgian families suffering from health-related problems.
