A young Georgian sumo wrestler has been crowned junior world champion.
Amiran Tsikoridze triumphed at the 14th Junior Sumo World Championships, which was held in Mongolia.
In the final fight he defeated a Japanese sumo wrestler. Watch the video below.

Last year Tsikoridze won a silver medal at the Under 16 European Championship.
Mongolia's capital Ulaanbaatar also hosted the adult's world championship competition. Georgia was represented by six athletes at both the junior and adult competition.
At the open competition Giorgi Meshvildashvili won a bronze medal and overall, the Georgian team ranked third following Russia and Mongolia.
