Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and a Georgian delegation will visit Germany today and participate in the 51st Munich Security Conference.
Within the conference the Prime Minister will meet with Vice President of the United States (US) Joe Biden and American Senators, including John McCain and the executive director of McCain Institute Kurt Volker.
Garibashvili will also hold meetings with the chairman of NDI Madeleine Albright, the State Secretary of the Republic of China Jang Jiechi, the executive director of the Centre for a New American Security Michael Plurnis, the Centre's president Richard Fontain, as well as the director of KKR Global Institute Vance Serchuk and Joe Lieberman.
The official schedule noted the Georgian PM was also invited to a reception in honour of the conference participants and to an official dinner held on behalf of the Prime Minister of Barvaria Horst Zeehofer.
The Georgian delegation, consisting of Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili, chairman of the Parliament Committee of Foreign Relations Tedo Japaridze and the Deputy Head of the Government Administration Nino Kobakhidze, will end their three-day visit to Germany on February 9.
