New video promotes Georgia to the world

Georgia has released its latest tourism campaign in the form of a video that will be spread around the globe.

A one-minute video showcasing Georgia was released on the internet after it was officially presented by Georgia’s Department of Tourism today.

Snapshots of diverse Georgian landscapes encouraged tourists to discover Georgia and "take a fresh start”, with all aspects of Georgia on show - from the seaside in Batumi to forgotten mountain villages, to the vast mountain of Kazbegi and the bright lights of the capital city.

Words describing Georgia’s uniqueness and opportunities played alongside scrolling images of Georgia’s landscape.

When you come to Georgia, you take a fresh start. It’s like being born all over again. Remember how it was to be yourself, wild and free, the video said.

When you travel in Georgia, every moment counts. Every night is a ride, every road is a journey.

The video was made by the Department of Tourism and will screen on leading television channels all over the world.
